A new trend is rapidly getting hype in our
society and that is educating girls for the sake of their marriage
proposals. In short "Degree for marriage”. In past this society was
use to oppress and hinder women for in their ways to higher education but
this trend has suddenly taken a new shape where parents and society have
given them right to get higher education and they are often encourage to
get admission in well-known universities but only for the purpose of making
them more eligible of golden proposals. All these parents who usually
encourage them to get higher education are often seen to discourage them to
get into professional careers. Hence society loses well-qualified and
educated individuals.
